Variation of Work Required and Delay. If the work You ultimately require Us to do varies from the work for which a quotation or estimate has been given, or if We are prevented from or delayed in undertaking the Services or any part thereof (except where that prevention or delay results from a factor within Our control), we will also be entitled to make a reasonable additional charge. We will also be entitled to reimbursement from You of any amount which We have been required to pay to a third party (other than a Subcontractor) to obtain or effect delivery of the Goods.

Such changes shall be agreed to in writing and incorporated into a Contract amendment. Said amendment shall be issued by the County-assigned Contract Administrator, shall require the mutual consent of all Parties, and may be subject to approval by the County Board of Supervisors. Nothing herein shall prohibit the Subrecipient from proceeding with the work as originally set forth or as previously amended in this Contract.

  • Completion of Work Contractor is accountable for completing the Work within the Contract Time stated in the Contract, or as otherwise amended by Change Order.

  • Location of Work The Executive shall be based in the United States in West Orange, New Jersey. However, the Executive agrees to undertake whatever domestic and worldwide travel is required by the Company.   • Payment Does Not Imply Acceptance of Work The granting of any payment by City, or the receipt thereof by Contractor, shall in no way lessen the liability of Contractor to replace unsatisfactory work, equipment, or materials, although the unsatisfactory character of such work, equipment or materials may not have been apparent or detected at the time such payment was made. Materials, equipment, components, or workmanship that do not conform to the requirements of this Agreement may be rejected by City and in such case must be replaced by Contractor without delay.

  • Additional Work If changes in the work seem merited by Consultant or the City, and informal consultations with the other party indicate that a change is warranted, it shall be processed in the following manner: a letter outlining the changes shall be forwarded to the City by Consultant with a statement of estimated changes in fee or time schedule. An amendment to this Agreement shall be prepared by the City and executed by both Parties before performance of such services, or the City will not be required to pay for the changes in the scope of work. Such amendment shall not render ineffective or invalidate unaffected portions of this Agreement.
