VARIATIONS TO THE FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT. Any variations to the Framework Agreement must be made only in accordance with the Framework Agreement Variation Procedure set out in Schedule 8.

The Framework Agreement may not be varied except where:- the Authority notifies all the Service Framework Providers that it wishes to vary the terms of this Framework Agreement and provides the Service Framework Providers with full written details of any such proposed change; and the named officers of the Authority and the Service Framework Providers (as set out in Clause 33) agree to the variation in writing and a written agreement is signed by such named officers.
VARIATIONS TO THE FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT. Error: Reference source not found The Authority may propose a variation to the Framework Agreement under this clause 30 only where the variation does not amount to a material change in the Framework Agreement or the Services. Except where clause 30.5 applies, the Authority may propose a variation using the procedure contained in this clause 30. In order to propose a variation, the Authority shall serve the Provider with written notice of the proposal to vary the Framework Agreement (“Notice of Variation”). The Notice of Variation shall:- contain details of the proposed variation providing sufficient information to allow the Provider to assess the variation and consider whether any changes shall be to the prices set out in its Pricing Matrices are necessary; and require the Provider to notify the Authority within 60 days of any proposed changes to the prices set out in its Pricing Matrices. Upon receipt of the Notice of Variation, the Provider has 30 Working Days to respond in writing with any objections to the variation. Where the Authority does not receive any written objections to the variation within the timescales detailed in clause 30.5, the Authority may then serve the Provider with a written agreement detailing the variation to be signed and returned by the Provider within 10 Working Days of receipt. Upon receipt of a signed agreement from the Provider, the Authority shall notify the Provider in writing of the commencement date of the variation.
