Vehicle Operating Costs – Legal and Union Representative Component. (a) Credit Card Provided By Employer Each employee in the Legal and Union Representative Component shall be provided by the Employer with a credit card issued by a company of the Employer’s choosing for the purpose of purchasing fuel and “top-up” oil for the personal vehicle, whether owned or leased, which is used by the employee for the business purposes of the Employer. The Employer shall be responsible for making the payments for such gas and “top-up” oil purchases made by each Legal or Union Representative Component Employee using the issued credit card. Such gas purchases shall be limited to regular grade gasoline unless otherwise specified by the vehicle manufacturer. The Employer will investigate installation of an electric charging station at the workplace; if this occurs, employees who are working at the workplace will utilize that facility whenever possible to charge their vehicles.
