Vendor Maintenance and Training Services. Subject to payment therefor pursuant to Section 5.2, Vendor will provide, during the Term: (i) to Cadence, the maintenance services described in Sections 1.1 and 1.2.2 of Exhibit B hereto and the training services described in Section 2.1 of Exhibit B hereto, (ii) to End Users, the training services described in Section 2.2 of Exhibit B hereto and, only until the Support Transition Date, the first line support services described in Section 1.2 of Exhibit B (collectively, "Vendor Maintenance Services"). Such Vendor Maintenance Services shall not include providing, and Vendor shall have no obligation to provide, any support or maintenance services directly to End Users after the Support Transition Date or to Marketing Agents. All references to Exhibit B include Exhibit B-1 if applicable.

  • Maintenance and Support Services Distributor shall provide Maintenance and Support Services to all of its Customers of Licensed Software as set forth in Sections 3.4(a) and 3.4(b) below. Distributor may require Customers to provide the own First-Line Support: however, in no event shall Siebel be responsible for First-Line or Second-Line Support. Subject to Distributor's payment of the Maintenance Fees set forth in EXHIBIT A Siebel shall provide Third-Line Support to Distributor in accordance with Siebel's then current Maintenance and Support Services Policy. Distributor shall be responsible for all support related to the Value Added Offering.

  • Training Services Fiserv shall provide training, training aids, user manuals, and other documentation for Client's use as Fiserv finds necessary to enable Client personnel to become familiar with Fiserv Services. If requested by Client, classroom training in the use and operation of Fiserv Services will be provided at a training facility designated by Fiserv. All such training aids and manuals remain Fiserv's property.

  • Maintenance Training 16.8.1 The Seller will provide maintenance training for the Buyer’s ground personnel as further set forth in Appendix A to this Clause 16. The available courses will be as listed in the Seller’s Customer Services Catalog current at the time of the course. The practical training provided in the frame of maintenance training will be performed on the training devices in use in the Seller’s Training Centers.

  • Support Services Other than the assistance provided in the Information, the BNPP Entities do not offer any support services in connection with the Software.

  • Hosting Services GSI shall load the Web site onto server(s) that are connected to the Internet and readily accessible via the Web through use of the Domain Names. GSI shall ensure that the Web site is functional and ready to process transactions in a reasonably efficient manner.
