Vendor Space Rental. Exhibitor agrees to rent a space from the City of Mentor, of pre-determined dimensions and at pre-determined price. (see contract). All vendors must stay open during the festival hours, Friday 4 p.m. - 11 p.m. & Saturday 12 p.m. - 11 p.m. All vendors must be fully set up by 2 p.m. Friday. No vehicles will be allowed after 2 p.m. Friday or on festival grounds/sidewalks during hours of festival operation. Set-Up & Breakdown Vendors and food concessionaires are not permitted to arrive prior to 2 p.m. on Thursday, August 17. Set-up will begin on Thursday, August 17 from 2-6 p.m. On Friday, set-up is from 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. You must check in with a member of the festival Planning Committee prior to setting up your area. Vendor Space Rental. Exhibit space rental includes a reserved space on the paved parking lot and access to electricity and a general waste disposal container. Electricity is available at six locations around the perimeter of the Hill Country Arts Foundation parking lot, with each box providing the following: 220V 50 amp; 110V 30 amp; a duplex for 110V 20 amp. Vendors should provide their own cables/cords.

  • Equipment Rental Copies of rental agreements for the equipment used, including the rental rate; and the number of hours the equipment was used on the project.

  • Work Space Adjunct faculty shall be provided with the opportunity to utilize general common area office space on each campus in order to meet students and to prepare and store instructional materials. As individual colleges and continuing education campuses expand and renovate existing facilities, they shall include adjunct faculty work areas in the formulation of their space allocation plans. Such work areas shall include at a minimum: a work station or table, a chair, a visitor’s chair, nearby access to a phone, nearby access to a computer with internet and District network access, nearby access to a printer, and campus access to a scanner. Individual colleges shall consider adjunct faculty work areas in the formulation of their space allocation plans.

  • Open Space Acquisitions within the PPA. The County agrees that for the term of this IGA it will not purchase or otherwise acquire any land within the PPA for open space purposes, including conservation easements and transfer of development right sending sites without the approval of the Town.
