Upon the Mental Health employee’s completion of each successful year of service in the District, the District will grant one (1) step of vertical movement on the salary schedule. Vertical increases are not automatic, but are awarded on the basis of successful experience only for each school year as interpreted, evaluated, and administered by the Office of the Superintendent.
