Vessels in Distress. (1) If a vessel of one Party is in distress in the Search and Rescue region of the other Party, the latter shall render the same assistance and protection to such vessel as it would have rendered to its own vessels.

Vessels in Distress. 1- If a vessel of one of the Contracting Parties is stranded or grounded, or suffers any other damage in the territorial sea or near by area of the other Party, the competent authorities of such Party : - shall inform the diplomatic agent or the consular officer of the State whose flag of such vessel flies for him to assume the functions incumbent on him; - shall afford the same protection and assistance to the crew members and passengers, and to the vessel and its cargo, as would be given to a vessel flying its own flag.

Vessels in Distress. If a vessel of one Contracting Parties is stranded or grounded, or suffers an accident or any other imminent danger within the territorial waters of the other Contracting Party: The vessel, its crew and passengers shall be granted, at any time, assistance and the same treatment which is accorded to its national vessels. The cargo and articles unloaded or saved from the vessel specified in this Article, provided they are not delivered for use or consumption in the territory of the other Contracting Party, shall not be liable to any customs duties. The vessel so stranded or wrecked as well as all in its parts, debris or accesories and all appliances, rigging, provisions and goods salvaged, including those jettisoned by such vessels or by vessels in distress, or the proceeds thereof if sold, as well as all documents found aboard the stranded or wrecked vessel or belonging to it, shall be delivered to owner or his representatives when claimed by them. The provisions of this Article do not affect the rights of one of the Contracting Parties or those authorized by this Party to ask from the other Party or from those authorized by tis second Party, the corrosponding compensation for any actions taken for the salvage of the vessel or any assistance provided to the vessel and cargo.

In addition, Supplier shall: (i) keep Buyer’s Property free of encumbrances and insured at Supplier’s expense at an amount equal to the replacement cost thereof with loss payable to Buyer; (ii) plainly mark or otherwise adequately identify Buyer’s Property as owned by Buyer; (iii) unless otherwise agreed to by Buyer in writing, store Buyer’s Property separate and apart from Supplier’s and third party owned property under Supplier’s control; (iv) maintain Buyer’s Property properly, and in compliance with any handling and storage requirements provided by Buyer, or that accompanied it when delivered to Supplier; (v) supervise the use of Buyer’s Property; and (vi) use Buyer’s Property only to meet Xxxxx’s Orders without disclosing or otherwise reproducing it for any other purpose.

  • Completion of Sale The Sale in respect of the Said Apartment and Appurtenances shall be completed by execution and registration of Sale deed in favour of the Allottee provided the Allottee tenders and pays in time the agreed consideration amount, extras, deposits and all other amounts required to be paid by the Allottee as per the terms herein recorded. The Allottee shall be bound to have the Conveyance deed of the Said Apartment And Appurtenances executed and registered on or before the Deemed Date Of Possession, failing which exclusive physical possession of the Said Apartment And Appurtenances shall not be delivered to the Allottee, although the Allottee shall become liable for Maintenance Charges and Rates & Taxes from the Date Of Possession Notice and in addition, all statutory taxes and penalties shall also be borne and paid by the Allottee. Till execution and registration of the proposed deed of Sale/Conveyance in respect of the Said Apartment and Appurtenances, the Allottee herein shall not be entitled to any right, title or interest in respect of the said apartment and Appurtenances.
