VIANOVA’s assistance to Municipality. If applicable, VIANOVA shall take appropriate steps to assist the Municipality in complying with the following GDPR obligations: (i) Municipality’s obligation to handle and answer Data Subjectsrequests for exercise of their rights (article 12 GDPR), (ii) Municipality’s obligations related to security of Entrusted Processing Activities (article 32 GDPR) and Data Breaches notification (articles 33 and 34 GDPR), and (iii) Municipality’s obligations to conduct Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs) and consultations of Supervisory Authorities (articles 35 and 36 GDPR). This assistance shall be conditional on the Municipality not being able to fulfil the respective obligations by its own means or through Mobility Providers themselves, as well as on VIANOVA’s own skills, means, availabilities and resources. In particular, VIANOVA shall redirect any request it would receive from a Data Subject to the Municipality and shall in no case answer any such request by itself.

  • HOME ASSISTANCE TO BE PROVIDED The right of either the Owner or Tenant to receive TBRA Program assistance under this Contract is, at all times, subject to each party’s compliance with this Contract’s terms and requirements.

  • Training Assistance (a) Employees shall be reimbursed for one hundred percent (100%) of the tuition for job-related courses approved by the Employer.

  • Training and Technical Assistance COALITION will notify PROVIDER of the availability of training, technical assistance, and other targeted assistance in support of the provision of quality VPK services. COALITION will offer technical assistance for providers on probation. The technical assistance will be designed to facilitate the development and implementation of an improvement plan. The technical assistance will be offered in a manner and schedule prescribed by the COALITION or school district.

  • Technical Assistance The State agrees to provide technical assistance regarding the State’s rules, regulations and policies to the Sub- Recipient and to assist in the correction of problem areas identified by the State’s monitoring activities.

  • EDUCATIONAL ASSISTANCE PROGRAM The District’s Educational Assistance Program will be continued during the life of this Agreement. Employees who wish to enroll in job-related and promotion oriented courses, which will improve their job knowledge, and performance will be compensated by the District for expenses as follows:

  • Educational Assistance Plan The state shall provide up to six credit hours of tuition-free courses per term at a state university or community college to full-time employees on a space available basis as authorized by law.

  • Spontaneous assistance The Parties shall assist each other, at their own initiative and in accordance with their legal or regulatory provisions, if they consider that to be necessary for the correct application of customs legislation, particularly by providing information obtained pertaining to:

  • Employee Assistance Plan The Board shall make available to eligible employees and their eligible family members, at no cost, an Employee Assistance Plan (EAP). Employee participation in and/or referral to the EAP shall be voluntary and confidential, except as to any disclosures required by applicable state law. All personal treatment records generated as a result of an eligible individual’s utilization of the EAP shall be maintained by the service provider and shall not be shared with the Board unless otherwise authorized by the eligible employee or the covered dependent, or by operation of applicable law. The contact person for the EAP services to be made available under this Agreement shall not be employed by the Board of Education.

  • Legal Assistance The Board shall give full support including legal and other assistance for any assault upon the employee while properly acting in the discharge of his/her duties.

  • Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Section 1. The Employer agrees to provide to the Union the statistical and program evaluation information provided to management concerning Employee Assistance Program(s).
