Information obtained by means of WSF Video Monitoring/Security Equipment/Key Box devices will not be used to initiate or pursue any disciplinary action against a Deck Officer, except in cases involving criminal activity, or reportable Marine incidents, or accidents. Information obtained by the Video Monitoring Devices may be released as follows: A. To a government agency as required by law; B.
