VIOLATIONS OF THE AGREEMENT. The Cotenants agree that breach of or non-compliance with the terms of this agreement by a Cotenant (“Cotenant in Breach”) may be grounds for the other Cotenant(s) to terminate the Agreement with respect to the former. Specifically, repeated violations (no less than instances) of any part of this Agreement, whether the same terms have been repeatedly violated or different ones, shall allow any of the other Cotenants to terminate the Agreement with respect the to the Cotenant in Breach. In such an event, the Cotenant in Breach shall be given at least 30 days to vacate the Property. All prepaid rent paid by the Cotenant in Breach shall be forfeited in favor of the remaining Cotenants.
VIOLATIONS OF THE AGREEMENT. The cotenant(s) agree that repeated and serious violations of one or more of these understandings will be grounds for any cotenant(s) to ask the other to leave. If a cotenant is asked to leave, they will do so within days and will forfeit any outstanding pre-paid rent.

Exports of Sugar from Mexico in amounts greater than the Export Limit established in the relevant Export Limit Period. 2. A significant amount (i.e., 5 percent or more of the Export Limit for the relevant Export Limit Period) of Sugar from Mexico exported to the United States without an Export License that is not reported by the GOM to the Department. 3. Any other material violation or breach, as determined by the Department.

Violations of this Agreement include, but are not limited to: 1) failure to make payment of required charges by announced deadlines; 2) a change in your student status, including academic or disciplinary sanctions; 3) failure to attend classes; 4) failure to retain your student status; 5) failure to comply with state or federal laws, residence hall policies and regulations, or rules and regulations as described in the RAM Student Handbook, the Guide to Residence Living, this Agreement, or any other published rules and regulations of Framingham State; 6) failure to admit an officer or agent of the University for reasonable inspection of the room for health, safety, maintenance, repair or sanitation standards; 7) failure to comply with the direction or order issued by any officer of the University; 8) possession, sale or use of illicit drugs; 9) tampering with fire safety equipment or otherwise endangering the safety and/or security of any person; 10) failure to occupy the assigned space by the established deadlines for each semester; 11) making a false statement or misrepresentation on any information provided to Framingham State, including, but not limited to, the housing application;
VIOLATIONS OF THE AGREEMENT. Framingham State, in its sole discretion, will determine if you are in violation of this Agreement. VIOLATIONS OF THE AGREEMENT. If a roommate repeatedly violates this agreement after several warnings, the other roommate(s) may ask the roommate to leave.
