- VIOLENCE LEAVE. The Board shall provide leave for unit members who are absent due to physical or emotional disability caused by wrongful physical violence inflicted on the unit member without the unit member’s consent, and having occurred, while the unit member is in the performance of his/her duties for the Board of Education.
