It is understood that such resident occurrences will be reviewed at the Resident Care Conference. All individuals have the right to be treated with respect and dignity. Each individual has the right to work in an atmosphere which promotes interactions and is free from discrimination, harassment and aggression. Where a bargaining unit member complains of harassment by another bargaining unit member, she shall bring such complaint to the attention of the said situation; inform employees regardingthe risks relatingto their work Employer and provide training the Union. The Employer and supervision so that employees havethe skills the Union will then initiate a complete and knowledge necessary joint investigation of the complaint and report the findings back to safely perform the work assigned complainant, who shall be accompanied by a Xxxxxxx. If the complaint directly or indirectly involves the complainant’s supervisor or a Xxxxxxx she may contact an alternate person in management or the Union to them; ensure that the applicable measures complaint is handled in a discreet, confidential and procedures prescribed timely fashion. Should the complainant not be satisfied with the response she is entitled to file a grievance under the terms of this Collective Agreement. The employee acknowledges her obligations and the Employer acknowledge the Employer’s obligation regarding Early and Safe Return to Work and Labour Market Re-Entry programs under the Workplace Safety and Insurance Act and the Union agrees that this Collective Agreement will be interpreted in such a way as to permit those obligations to be discharged. Reasonable steps within the control of the Employer will follow to address the legitimate health and safety concerns of employees presented in that forum.
