Responsibility Allowance for Work Outside the Bargaining Unit. When the Employer temporarily assigns an Employee to carry out the responsibilities of a non-Union supervisory Employee for a period in excess of one half (1/2) shift, the Employee shall receive an allowance of eight dollars ($8.00) for each shift from the time of the assignment.
