Visits by FOP Representatives. Authorized designees of the National or State Lodge Officers, limited to two (2) at any given time, shall be permitted to visit the Police Department during working hours to talk with officers of the local Lodge and/or representatives of the City concerning matters covered by this Agreement. Such visits shall not interfere with the operations of the Department, and the Lodge shall give the City reasonable prior notice of the visits.
