Vital. The electronic versions of (a) the most recent print edition of Vital; and (b) all previous print editions of Vital that were first published within the previous four (4) years, from the later of the Commencement Date or the most recent of any subsequent Renewal Date (both as defined herein), but in any event all editions first published since the Commencement Date, in each case as available for access on the Internet at the URL xxxx://xxx.xxxxxx.xxx/vital together with any additional material that the Licensor makes available to the Licensee.

Vital. It was alleged in the SCN that the acquisition of Vital by Xxxxx was funded by Xxxxxxxxx through his sister Xxxxxxxxxx, thereby, Xxxxx is connected to promoter Xxxxxxxxx through his nephew Xxxxx and was part of Promoter group of RSGBL. In this regard, from the document available on record, I find that in June 2017, Xxxxx was acquired by Xxxxx, nephew of Xxxxxxxxx. Now the question that arises is whether the funds transferred by Xxxxxxxxx to Sayaridevi had been utilized for the purpose of acquisition of Vital through Mohit and thereby Vital was indirectly acquired / controlled by Xxxxxxxxx and hence was part of promoter group. In this regard, from the documents available on record, I find the following:
Vital. Vital services are defined under Tier 1 services, any disruption in service that would stop the business or function would be categorized as “Vital”. The RTOs for Vital services are as defined in the Terms and Conditions.
Vital. The date of death; if not the day, at least the month and year.

  • Innovation In order to make it easier for the municipality to implement innovations that can accelerate the pace of climate transition, Viable Cities will provide a competence network and process support, including by engaging other strategic innovation programmes in the ongoing development of Climate City Contract 2030, particu- larly in the areas of mobility, energy, built environment, the circular economy, health and digitalization. Based on the collaboration agreement on climate-smart mobility signed with the strategic innovation programme Drive Sweden, this area of collabo- ration will be further developed with both cities and government agencies, not least the Swedish Transport Administration.

  • B4 Key Personnel The Contractor acknowledges that the Key Personnel are essential to the proper provision of the Services to the Authority.

  • Contractor Key Personnel ‌ The Contractor shall assign a Corporate OASIS SB Program Manager (COPM) and Corporate OASIS SB Contract Manager (COCM) as Contractor Key Personnel to represent the Contractor as primary points-of-contact to resolve issues, perform administrative duties, and other functions that may arise relating to OASIS SB and task orders solicited and awarded under OASIS SB. Additional Key Personnel requirements may be designated by the OCO at the task order level. There is no minimum qualification requirements established for Contractor Key Personnel. Additionally, Contractor Key Personnel do not have to be full-time positions; however, the Contractor Key Personnel are expected to be fully proficient in the performance of their duties. The Contractor shall ensure that the OASIS SB CO has current point-of-contact information for both the COPM and COCM. In the event of a change to Contractor Key Personnel, the Contractor shall notify the OASIS SB CO and provide all Point of Contact information for the new Key Personnel within 5 calendar days of the change. All costs associated with Contractor Key Personnel duties shall be handled in accordance with the Contractor’s standard accounting practices; however, no costs for Contractor Key Personnel may be billed to the OASIS Program Office. Failure of Contractor Key Personnel to effectively and efficiently perform their duties will be construed as conduct detrimental to contract performance and may result in activation of Dormant Status and/or Off-Ramping (See Sections H.16. and H.17.).

  • Philosophy It is the Company’s intent to use regular staff to perform most of its work of a continuing nature. Furthermore, the Company will strive to provide regular staff with stability of employment. The parties agree that a consistent, managed and joint approach to the assignment of work within the Company is necessary to provide security for employees, a more effective, productive organization and an excellent product for the customer.

  • Devices BNY Mellon will restrict the transfer of Customer Data from its network to mass storage devices. BNY Mellon will use a mobile device management system or equivalent tool when mobile computing is used to provide the services. Applications on such authenticated devices will be housed within an encrypted container and BNY Mellon will maintain the ability to remote wipe the contents of the container.
