Tier 1 Services definition

Tier 1 Services are those Services listed on Schedules 1 - 11, together with such Additional Services as the parties may agree pursuant to Section 2.3 hereof and designate as Tier 1 Services.
Tier 1 Services means all account management services related to Paid Search Services, Contextual Advertising Services and Additional Services, and other direct customer-facing functions such as account set-up, account structure, account troubleshooting, booking orders, optimizing campaigns, account termination, creative development, creative optimization, bid management, and strategy. Tier 1 Services do not include Tier 2 Services.
Tier 1 Services means operational services ("mouse pad to mainframe") described in Schedule B and any Statement of Work.
