Tape-recording Trust authorizes the Custodian to tape record any and all telephonic or other oral instructions given to the Custodian by or on behalf of the Trust, including from any Authorized Person. This authorization will remain in effect until and unless revoked by the Trust in writing. The Trust, upon request, further agrees to solicit valid written or other consent from any of its employees with respect to telephone communications to the extent such consent is required by Applicable Law.
Recordings The Client and the Service Provider consent to telephonic or electronic recordings for security and quality of service purposes and agree that either may produce telephonic or electronic recordings or computer records as evidence in any proceedings brought in connection with this Agreement.
Telephone Recording Each party consents to the recording of the telephone conversations of trading and marketing personnel in connection with this Agreement or any potential Transaction and consents to such recording being used as evidence in court proceedings.
Time Records The employer will keep a record for a continuous period of seven (7) years from which can be readily ascertained the following:
Filings and Recordings The Administrative Agent shall have received all filings and recordations that are necessary to perfect the security interests of the Administrative Agent, on behalf of the Secured Parties, in the Collateral and the Administrative Agent shall have received evidence reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent that upon such filings and recordations such security interests constitute valid and perfected first priority Liens thereon (subject to Permitted Liens).
Video recording During the Construction Period, the Contractor shall provide to the Authority for every calendar quarter, a video recording, which will be compiled into a 3 (three)- hour compact disc or digital video disc, as the case may be, covering the status and progress of Works in that quarter. The video recording shall be provided to the Authority no later than 15 (fifteen) days after the close of each quarter after the Appointed Date.
Call Recording You acknowledge that we may record Client phone calls for quality control purposes.
Telephone Monitoring/Recording From time to time we may monitor and/or record telephone calls between you and us to assure the quality of our customer service or as required by applicable law.
ELECTRONIC SUBMISSIONS Concessionaire must have the capacity to send and receive electronic submissions and communications as a pre-condition and continuing requirement of this Agreement. For purposes of this Agreement, “Electronic Submissions” shall only include the transmission of documents by email. Concessionaire shall comply with the following terms and conditions: A. Concessionaire shall electronically submit all reports, including, but not limited to, Monthly Reports and Annual Reports as described in Paragraphs 12 and 13, by email to: XxxxxxxxXxxxxx@xxx.xx.xxx. Failure on the part of Concessionaire to submit reports electronically shall be a material breach of this Agreement, subject to Suspension of Operations and/or Termination in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in Paragraphs 9 and 10. B. Concessionaire shall maintain and monitor on a daily basis an active email address, designated for this Agreement and report any change to the email address during any Term of this Agreement. Failure on the part of Concessionaire to maintain and monitor the active email address, designated for this Agreement, shall be a material breach of this Agreement, subject to Suspension of Operations and/or Termination in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in Paragraphs 9 and 10.
Electronic Record Search The Reporting Estonian Financial Institution must review electronically searchable data maintained by the Reporting Estonian Financial Institution for any of the following U.S. indicia: a) Identification of the Account Holder as a U.S. citizen or resident; b) Unambiguous indication of a U.S. place of birth; c) Current U.S. mailing or residence address (including a U.S. post office box); d) Current U.S. telephone number; e) Standing instructions to transfer funds to an account maintained in the United States; f) Currently effective power of attorney or signatory authority granted to a person with a U.S. address; or g) An “in-care-of” or “hold mail” address that is the sole address the Reporting Estonian Financial Institution has on file for the Account Holder. In the case of a Preexisting Individual Account that is a Lower Value Account, an “in-care-of” address outside the United States or “hold mail” address shall not be treated as U.S. indicia.
