The Voltage Regulation clause establishes requirements for maintaining electrical voltage within specified limits in a system or facility. It typically outlines acceptable voltage ranges, monitoring responsibilities, and corrective actions if voltage deviates from set parameters. This clause ensures the safe and reliable operation of electrical equipment, preventing damage and service interruptions caused by voltage fluctuations.
Voltage Regulation. The Owner shall provide the necessary voltage regulation equipment to prevent the Facility from causing excessive voltage variations on the LES electrical system. The voltage variation caused by the Facility must be within the ranges capable of being handled by the voltage regulation facilities used by LES.
Voltage Regulation. The Power Plant shall operate in accordance with the reactive capacity curve (or voltage curve) issued by the Dispatching Agency so as to ensure that the operation of the bus of the Power Plant is in the prescribed scope. If the Power Plant has lost its control of voltage, it shall immediately report it to the dispatcher on duty of the Dispatching Agency.
Voltage Regulation. The Power Station shall be operated in accordance with the reactive output curve (or voltage curve) released by the Power Dispatching Agency to ensure the operation of the busbar voltage of the Power Station within the prescribed range. In the event that the Power Station has lost its control on the voltage, such conditions shall be immediately reported to the on-duty dispatcher of the Power Dispatching Agency.
Voltage Regulation. (1) The voltage of the 110kv busbar of the Power Plant shall be the examination point for the voltage of the power grid, which shall be operated within the upper and lower limits of the voltage curve in the monthly plan released by Sanming Local Dispatching Agency to ensure the monthly qualification rate of the voltage of the examination point being 100%.
(2) In the event that during the operation, the generator units lose the reactive regulation capability (or reach the operational limit), or the voltage of the examination point deviates from the qualification range of voltage, the Power Plant shall notice Sanming Local Dispatching Agency immediately, and the dispatcher of Sanming Local Dispatching Agency shall take corresponding measures to control the voltage at the examination point being within the qualification range. In case of any requirements for the reactive optimization of the power grid of Sanming district, the Power Plant shall carry out the regulations pursuant to the reactive load released by Sanming Local Dispatching Agency provided that the voltage at the examination point of the Power Point could be ensured to be within the qualified range.
Voltage Regulation. This interconnection study has concluded that generator voltage regulation controls will be required. The transformer voltage drop must be automatically accounted for within the regulator controls. Initially the voltage on the 120 kV side of the step up transformer should be held to 122 kV. After the plant has become operational, Far West and SPPCo. will have to evaluate whether this is a workable voltage.
Voltage Regulation. (1) In case the power grid requires reactive optimization, the Power Plant shall adjust according to the reactive load released by the dispatching agency of Pingnan county, and make adjustments whenever necessary.
(2) During the operation, in the event that the units have lost the ability of reactive adjustment (or have reached the operation limitation), or the voltage at the testing point has deviated from the quality limit, the Power Plant shall immediately inform the dispatching center, and the dispatcher of the dispatching center shall take relevant measures to maintain the voltage at the testing point within the quality limit. Under the premise of controlling the voltage at the testing point of the Power Plant within the quality limit, if the power grid requires reactive optimization, the Power Plant shall make adjustment according to the reactive load released by the dispatching center.
(3) Subject to the needs of adjusting and controlling safety operation of the power grid, the units of the Power Plant must be equipped with AVC and shall be put into operation according to the dispatching instructions of the dispatching center.

Voltage Regulation. Seller shall provide voltage regulation for the Facility at the Point of Interconnection. The voltage regulation shall be able to maintain voltage by utilizing the entire range of the Facility’s Mvar capability. For this purpose, Mvar high and low limits based on the capability curve shall be provided to the Company EMS via telemetry. The Company System Operator shall be able to specify the voltage target remotely from the EMS.
Voltage Regulation. A continuously acting fast response digital automatic voltage regulator of proven design shall be supplied to control the output of the main excitation system including under/over excitation limiting. Voltage Regulation. The Interconnection Customer agrees to operate at a ± 95% leading or lagging power factor. Prior to installation, Interconnection Customer shall provide the Public Utility with written notice of the device and/or operational constrains selected to satisfy this requirement and shall obtain the Public Utility’s written approval of such device and/or operational constraints, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld. In the event Interconnection Customer fails to operate the Community Solar Project within the voltage regulation constraints of this requirement, the Public Utility may disconnect the Community Solar Project.
