Voluntary Duties. These voluntary duties serve an educational need beyond the contracted workday. Effective July 1, 2018, said events shall be paid at the Extra Duty Rate of Pay in accordance with Article XIII Salaries, Section 13.7. These events may include but are not limited to the following professional events:
