VOLUNTARY JOB SHARING. PROGRAMS If layoffs are to occur in any classification in this Unit, the County and the Association agree, at the Association’s request, to meet and confer regarding voluntary departmental “job-sharing” and/or reduced work-week programs as an alternative to those layoffs.
