Voluntary Termination and Re-employment. In the event that an employee, voluntarily terminates his/her employment from a bargaining unit position and is subsequently re- employed by the District under this bargaining unit within a time period of no greater than four (4) months after the date of termination, the employee shall: Subd. 1.
