Common use of Voting Day Clause in Contracts

Voting Day. 23.35 Each employee who is a Canadian citizen, 18 years or older and who is otherwise eligible to vote is entitled to 3 consecutive hours during the polling hours on election day to vote in a Federal, Provincial or Municipal election.
