Voucher Issuance Timelines. ‌ Vouchers for HCWs shall be issued no later than seven (7) calendar days from proper submission and processing of the prior pay period’s voucher. Newly-hired HCW/PSW shall also be entitled to receive written confirmation of the date they are authorized to begin providing services and receive their vouchers within seven (7) days from the date services began.
