Common use of W orkers’ Compensation Clause in Contracts

Insert Name shall maintain Workers’ Compenation insurance during the term of this Agreement in compliance with the limits specified in Chapter 440, Florida Statutes, and Employer’s Liability limits shall not be less than $100,000/$100,000/$500,000 (each accident/disease-each employee/disease-policy limit).
