Common use of Wage Increase and Vacation Use Clause in Contracts

Wage Increase and Vacation Use. If an employee begins on the first work day of the month, they will receive a one (1) step wage increase and may access accrued vacation hours when they move to regular status. If an employee begins on any day other than the first work day of the month, they will convert to regular status in accordance with Article 9.2 and the wage increase and access to vacation accrual will begin the first day of the next month following six months of employment.
