Wage Increases. Wages and allowances under this Agreement will be increased over the life of this Agreement as follows: (a) 5% from 1st pay period commencing on or after 31 December 2024; (b) 5% from 1st pay period commencing on or after 31 December 2025; and (c) 5% from 1st pay period commencing on or after 31 December 2026.
