Wage Increases. The company shall increase the wages of employees, apprentices and trainees who are employed under this agreement by the percentages, and from the dates, set out below: ▪ 5% from the first pay period on or after 1 April 2006. ▪ 4.5% from the first pay period on or after 1 July 2007. ▪ 4% from the first pay period on or after 1 July 2008.
