Common use of Wage Payment Clause in Contracts

Wage Payment. Employees will receive their wages each week on Employer’s established payday, and are to be paid during the working hours on the job where they are employed unless prevented by strike or act of God. Each Employee when paid shall receive a statement showing the number of straight time and overtime hours, his straight time hourly rate and all deductions and payments required by law or this Agreement.

Wage Payment.
