Clothing Provision. When welders are employed on a job, the Employer shall furnish protective clothing, which shall include sleeves, aprons and gloves, welding hoods, goggles, etc. The welders shall be held responsible for this clothing, except for wear and tear or if stolen from the Employer's job location. Members shall be reimbursed up to $90.00 (ninety dollars) annually upon presentation of original receipt, if required, to provide safety shoes as a condition of employment on any jobsite.
Clothing Provision. The City will provide uniforms and other articles of clothing which the City requires the employees to wear when on duty. Dry cleaning or laundering of uniforms and approved plainclothes will also be provided.
Clothing Provision. Uniforms and fire fighting clothing provided by the City will be replaced by the City when they are no longer fit or presentable to wear. To assist employees in implementing Article 3.6 Cleaning Allowance, replacement-clothing items will be wash and wear type to the extent possible. Subject to budget limitations, clothing items which are not now wash and wear will be replaced with wash and wear even though fit to use. All uniforms and rubber goods may be subject to inspection at any time that is designated by the Fire Chief. Fire fighting equipment, uniforms, and clothing furnished by the City shall be worn only in the performance of duty or as authorized by the Fire Chief. Upon any form of termination from the Fire Department, all uniforms and fire fighting gear shall be returned to the Fire Chief.

Clothing Provision. (a) The Town shall provide hard hats, rubber xxxxx, rain wear, gloves and specialty clothing as required for work to be carried out by the Employees.

Clothing Provision. 22.1. Where appropriate the Company will provide clothing and other personal protective equipment to perform specialist tasks safely and without risks to health.
Clothing Provision. 43.1. When an employee is required by law or by the Company to wear a washable outer overall, adequate overalls of all approved type and quality shall be provided by the Company within two (2) weeks of the commencement of employment. Such overalls shall remain the property of the Company.
Clothing Provision. Each Employee shall receive one (1) pair of safety boots, three (3) sets of industrial outer clothing and one (1) outer wear jacket on commencement and annually thereafter from the Company without charge. Personal protective equipment will be replaced on a fair wear and tear basis on proof of damage. Employees are obliged to use personal protective equipment provided by the Company.
Clothing Provision. The Employer agrees to provide the required uniforms and clothing for the operation of the SPCA and provide seven dollars and fifty cents ($7.50) per week per Employee for the cleaning of the clothing. The Employer will provide two (2) shirts and three (3) pairs of pants in the first year and two (2) shirts and two (2) pants in each subsequent year. The Employer will provide coveralls and rubber boots. Winter jackets shall be supplied as required. Employees shall be provided one hundred dollars ($100) per year for the purpose of purchasing shoes.
