WAGE RATES AND PROGRESSION. Section 8.1: Wage Rates and Progression The classifications of employees covered under this Agreement and the corresponding rates of pay are set forth in Appendix “A” which is attached hereto and made part of this Agreement. Employees shall advance along the wage scale on the first full pay period following their anniversary date of hire.
