Over-Scale Employees. The Employer and the Employee may, by individual negotiations at the time of the Employee's employment, agree that the portion of the Employee's pay which is in excess of the minimum scale rate for such Employee, may be applied to any of the overtime payments, meal penalties, and premium pay for turn- around encroachment. Calculation of all such payments, meal penalties and premium pay for turnaround encroachment must be recorded in the Employee's weekly timesheets.

Over-Scale Employees. An employee that is over scale shall, for each complete year of service with the Employer from January through December, receive one hundred dollars ($100) prorated according to the employee’s current FTE status not to exceed one thousand dollars ($1,000), provided that the employee has not had a break in service. A break of service is defined as a separation of thirty (30) days or greater. This shall be payable on the first full pay period in March.
Over-Scale Employees. An Employee who is being paid more than the top rate of his/her salary group shall continue to receive such higher salary, which shall be red-circled (frozen) until such time as the top rate catches up, following which the Employee shall receive salary increases in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement. In lieu of a salary increase, the Employee shall receive a lump sum payment of not less than the dollar amount applied to the top rate of his/her salary group as set out in Article 35.4
Over-Scale Employees. Any employee employed at a unionized location on April 20, 1999 and whose current wage rate is higher than the maximum wage rate for their classification will receive a wage increase of two percent (2%) effective January 1, 1999 and will remain at that wage rate until such time as the maximum wage rate for their classification exceeds their wage rate. Any newly added employees to the bargaining unit who are red-circled will not be entitled to such wage increase.
Over-Scale Employees. Effective June 1, 2004, an employee who is being paid more than the top rate of his/her salary group shall receive a salary increase of three (3%). Effective June 1, 2005, an employee who is being paid more than the top rate of his/her salary group shall receive a further salary increase of three percent (3%). Effective June 1, 2006, an employee who is being paid more than the top rate of his/her salary group shall receive a further salary increase of three percent (3%).
