WAGES AND RATES OF PAY. 7.01 Wage schedules applicable to various job classifications areas set forth in Schedule “A” attached hereto and made part hereof. 7.02 Additional classifications may be established only by mutual agreement between the Employer and the Union during the term of this Agreement and the rates for same shall be subject to negotiation between the Employer and the Union. 7.03 The Employer agrees to pay three (3) hours of wages in the event that the employee reports for work in the usual manner and is prevented from starting work due to any cause not within his control.
