WAGES AND RATES OF PAY. 7.01 Wage schedules applicable to various job classifications are as set forth on Schedule "A" attached hereto and made part hereof. The wages shall apply to all work performed in the construction, erection, repair, remodelling or alteration of a building or structure, in whole or in part, which shall be or is being used for commercial, industrial or institutional purposes. 7.02 When the weather does not permit employees to start work at the regular starting time and the superintendent decides to send the men home, any employee who has reported for work will be compensated with one hour of his regular pay, unless he was notified beforehand by his Employer not to report for work.

Employees shall be paid by cheque, bi-weekly and the Employer agrees to consider the feasibility of transitioning to direct deposit.
