– Wages, Time Keeping and Payperiod. See Appendix ‘A’ for wages. All time keeping shall be in 30 minute increments. Payperiod is defined as all compensated hours between the first through the fifteenth of the month and the sixteenth through the last day of the month. Shift Captains are responsible to review all timekeeping records for their shift prior to leaving the station at the end of each shift. Standards for rounding are as follows: 0-14 minutes do not round up, 15-44 minutes’ rounds to .5 of the hour, 45-59 minutes’ rounds to the next full hour.

  • Billing and Payment The Price will be itemized and included on your xxxx from the DSP, and is due and payable to the DSP on the same day your DSP xxxx is due. You will continue to be billed by your DSP taxes and other charges consistent with filed tariffs at the Illinois Commerce Commission to transmit and distribute the Retail Power supplied to you per this Agreement. You should continue to follow any xxxx payment procedures set forth between you and the DSP. You agree to accept the measurements as determined by the DSP for purposes of accounting for the amount of Retail Power services provided by DES under this Agreement. If the DSP is unable to read your meter, the DSP will estimate your usage and your charges will be calculated accordingly and adjusted on a future xxxx. DES’S ability to supply you under this Agreement is conditioned on the DSP accepting DES’S enrollment of your account for consolidated billing and purchase of receivables by the DSP. If you are not eligible for your DSP’s consolidated billing and purchase of receivables, you will need to secure eligibility with your DSP before DES can serve you. Should the DSP cease providing consolidated billing and purchase of receivables for your account and/or commence billing DES for any charges relating to you, DES will xxxx you directly and you will pay DES for all such charges pursuant to the payment provisions specified in DES’S xxxx.

  • CHARGES, BILLING AND PAYMENT 7.1. In consideration of the services provided by Embarq under this Agreement, CLEC shall pay the charges set forth in Part C subject to the provisions of Section 4 hereof and subject to the dispute provisions provided herein.   • Billing and Payments Transmission Provider shall bill the Interconnection Customer for the Costs associated with the facilities contemplated by this ISA, estimates of which are set forth in the Specifications to this ISA, and the Interconnection Customer shall pay such Costs, in accordance with Section 11 of Appendix 2 to this ISA and the applicable Interconnection Construction Service Agreement.   • Billing and Payment Terms Customer will be billed monthly in advance of the provision of Internet Data Center Services, and payment of such fees will be due within thirty (30) days of the date of each Exodus invoice. All payments will be made in U.S. dollars. Late payments hereunder will accrue interest at a rate of one and one-half percent (1 1/2%) per month, or the highest rate allowed by applicable law, whichever is lower. If in its judgment Exodus determines that Customer is not creditworthy or is otherwise not financially secure, Exodus may, upon written notice to Customer, modify the payment terms to require full payment before the provision of Internet Data Center Services or other assurances to secure Customer's payment obligations hereunder.

  • Billing and Payment Procedures All invoices must be submitted electronically via email in PDF format to xxxxxxxxxx@xxx.xxx. Each email may only contain one invoice and must include Provider’s name and the CPS Purchase Order number. All invoices must include: ● Provider name and payment address ● Unique invoice number (determined by Provider) ● Valid purchase order number (only one PO number may be referenced on each invoice) ● Invoice date ● Itemized description of the Services rendered and/or goods delivered ● Date the Services were provided and/or goods were delivered to CPS ● Detail pricing information such as quantities, unit prices, discount, and final net amount due Invoices shall be submitted in a timely manner. The final invoice shall be submitted no later than ninety (90) days after the expiration or termination of this Agreement. If Provider has more than one contract with the Board, separate invoices must be submitted for each contract. The Board shall process payments in accordance with the Local Government Prompt Payment Act (50 ILCS 505/1 et seq.). The Board reserves the right to request additional information and supporting documentation necessary for the Board to verify the Services and Products provided under this Agreement.

  • METHOD OF BILLING AND PAYMENT (a) For lump sum contracts, the Consultant may submit bills to the County at the completion and approval of each task or at the partial completion of a task on a pro-rata basis. However, requests for payment shall not be made more frequently than once a month. The Consultant shall submit such monthly statements identifying the nature of the work performed. Calculations shall be made monthly of the amount and value of the work accomplished and services performed by the Consultant which meet the standards of quality established under this Agreement. The estimates shall be prepared by the Consultant and accompanied by such supporting data as required by the Contract Administrator.

  • PROFESSIONAL DUES AND PAYROLL DEDUCTIONS A. For Dues paying members, The District shall deduct one-twelfth (1/12) of dues and representation fee from the regular salary check of the unit member each month for twelve (12) months. Deductions for unit members who begin paid service after the commencement of the school year shall be prorated based on percentage of employment. Unit members serving one-half time paid service or less shall pay one-half of the dues and representation fee.

  • Reporting and Payment Procedures Risk Summary Sheets for each risk and a monthly bordereau of all risks ceded shall be submitted to the Reinsurer within (twenty) 20 working days after the last day of each month. Any premium amounts due the Reinsurer shall be paid with the bordereau. Risk Summary Sheets for each insured shall include the following information:

  • Full-Time and Part-Time Employees (a) The base rates of pay in the appropriate employment classification for full-time employees and for part-time employees shall be the hourly rates of pay set out in the Tables in Schedule B to this Agreement.

  • Annual Leave Exclusive of Public Holidays The period of annual leave prescribed by this clause is exclusive of any public holidays, and if any such holiday falls within an employee’s period of annual leave and is observed on a day which in the case of that employee would have been an ordinary working day, there will be added to the period of annual leave time equivalent to the ordinary time which the employee would have worked if such day had not been a holiday.
