Common use of WAITING TIME Clause in Contracts

WAITING TIME. For all time spent en route where it is necessary for the driver to wait for equipment to be repaired, or for roads to be cleared, he shall be paid at the established hourly rate with a maximum of ten (10) hours pay for waiting time in each twenty-four

WAITING TIME. For all time spent en route where it is necessary for the driver Driver to wait for equipment to be repaired, or for roads to be cleared, he or other conditions beyond the driver’s control, he/she shall be paid at the established appropriate Truck Driver’s hourly rate of pay as per Article 1.08 of this Appendix with a maximum of ten eight (10) 8) hours pay for waiting time in each twenty-fourfour (24)
