This Agreement may be executed in two or more counterparts or electronically, and each of the counterparts or electronic copies will be deemed an original and together will constitute one and the same instrument. Each Party agrees that their electronic signatures, whether digital or encrypted, are intended to authenticate this writing and to have the same force and effect as handwritten ink signatures. Electronic signature means any electronic symbol or process attached to or logically associated with a record and executed and adopted by a Party with the intent to sign such record, including facsimile or e-mail electronic signatures.
