WAIVER OF APPEAL STEPS. If the grievance is not resolved after the immediate supervisor has answered it in writing, the grievant and the Sheriff, or the Sheriff's designee, may by mutual agreement waive review of the grievance at the superior level and proceed to present the grievance to the Sheriff.
WAIVER OF APPEAL STEPS. If the grievance is not resolved after the first-line supervisor has answered it in writing, the Union and the Agency/Department Head may by mutual agreement waive review of the grievance at the section head or equivalent level, or at the division head or equivalent level, or both, in those cases in which such levels of management are without authority to resolve the grievance as requested by the employee or his/her representative. Grievances raised pursuant to Section 2.A. which allege sexual harassment by the first-line supervisor may be filed initially with the section head, grievances alleging sexual harassment by the section head may be filed initially with the division head, and grievances alleging sexual harassment by the division head may be filed initially with the Agency/Department Head.

Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, each Loan Party further agrees that the waivers set forth in this Section 10.25 shall have the fullest extent permitted under the Foreign Sovereign Immunities Act of 1976 of the United States and are intended to be irrevocable for purposes of such Act.
