Waiver of Conditions or Restrictions. Unless prohibited by applicable Law, the Computer Sciences GS Welfare Plans will waive all limitations as to preexisting conditions, exclusions, service conditions, waiting period limitations or evidence of insurability requirements that would otherwise be applicable to the Computer Sciences GS Welfare Plan Participant following the Effective Time to the extent that such Employee had previously satisfied such limitation under the corresponding CSC Welfare Plan.
Waiver of Conditions or Restrictions. Without limiting the generality of Section 3.5, with respect to Spinco Group Employees who participated in Harbor Welfare Plans prior to the Distribution, the Spinco Welfare Plans will use commercially reasonable efforts to have waived all eligibility periods, limitations as to preexisting conditions, exclusions, service conditions, waiting periods or evidence of insurability requirements that would otherwise be applicable to the Spinco Welfare Plan Participant following the Distribution Date to the extent that such employee had previously satisfied any such limitation or requirement under the corresponding Harbor Welfare Plan as of the Distribution Date. In addition, following the Distribution Date, (a) the Combined Company Welfare Plans will use commercially reasonable efforts to have waived all eligibility periods, limitations as to preexisting conditions, exclusions, service conditions, waiting periods or evidence of insurability requirements that would otherwise be applicable to any Spinco Group Employee or Voyager Employee to the extent that such employee had previously satisfied any such limitation or requirement under the corresponding Harbor Benefit Plan, Spinco Welfare Plan or Voyager Benefit Plan as the date of commencement of participation in such Combined Company Welfare Plan and (b) Spinco shall use commercially reasonable efforts to cause the Combined Company Welfare Plans to credit Spinco Group Employees and Voyager Employees (and their respective eligible dependents) for any deductibles, co-payments or other co-insurance and out-of-pocket expenses paid in the plan year under the Harbor Benefit Plan, Spinco Welfare Plan or Voyager Benefit Plan prior to the transition of coverage for purposes of satisfying applicable deductible, co-insurance and maximum out-of-pocket expenses under any corresponding applicable Combined Company Welfare Plan with respect to the plan year in which the transition occurs.

Unless prohibited by applicable Law, the Allegion Welfare Plans will waive all limitations, exclusions, service conditions, waiting period limitations or evidence of insurability requirements that would otherwise be applicable to the Allegion Welfare Plan Participant following the Effective Time to the extent that such Employee had previously satisfied such limitation under the corresponding IR Welfare Plan.

Unless prohibited by applicable Law or a Collective Bargaining Agreement, the CRC Welfare Plans will waive all limitations as to preexisting conditions, exclusions, service conditions, waiting period limitations or evidence of insurability requirements that would otherwise be applicable to the CRC Welfare Plan Participant following the Effective Time to the extent that such participant had previously satisfied such limitation under the corresponding OPC Welfare Plan.
Waiver of Conditions or Restrictions. Unless prohibited by applicable Law, the Ultra Welfare Plans will waive all limitations as to preexisting conditions, exclusions, service conditions, waiting period limitations or evidence of insurability requirements that would otherwise be applicable to the Ultra Welfare Plan Participant following the Effective Time to the extent that such Employee had previously satisfied such limitation under the corresponding Delta Welfare Plan.
Waiver of Conditions or Restrictions. Unless prohibited by applicable Law, the CPLG Welfare Plans will waive all limitations, exclusions, service conditions, waiting period limitations or evidence of insurability requirements that would otherwise be applicable to a CPLG Welfare Plan Participant to the extent that such Employee had previously satisfied such limitations under the corresponding LQ Welfare Plans.
Waiver of Conditions or Restrictions. Unless prohibited by applicable Law, the Xxxxxxx Electronics Welfare Plan will waive all limitations, exclusions, service conditions, waiting period limitations or evidence of insurability requirements that would otherwise be applicable to the Xxxxxxx Electronics Welfare Plan Participant following the Effective Time to the extent that such Employee had previously satisfied such limitation under the corresponding Xxxxxxx International Welfare Plan.
Waiver of Conditions or Restrictions. Unless prohibited by applicable Law or a Collective Bargaining Agreement, the Civeo Welfare Plans will waive all limitations as to preexisting conditions, exclusions, service conditions, waiting period limitations or evidence of insurability requirements that would otherwise be applicable to the Civeo Welfare Plan Participant following the Effective Time to the extent that such participant had previously satisfied such limitation under the corresponding OS Welfare Plan.
Waiver of Conditions or Restrictions. Unless prohibited by applicable Law, the New SAIC Welfare Plans will waive all limitations as to preexisting conditions, exclusions, service conditions, waiting period limitations or evidence of insurability requirements that would otherwise be applicable to the New SAIC Welfare Plan Participant following the New SAIC Plan Effective Date to the extent that such Employee had previously satisfied such limitation under the corresponding Leidos Welfare Plan.
Waiver of Conditions or Restrictions. Unless prohibited by applicable Law or collective bargaining agreement, the Xxxxxxxx 66 Welfare Plans will waive all limitations as to preexisting conditions, exclusions, service conditions, waiting period limitations or evidence of insurability requirements that would otherwise be applicable to the Xxxxxxxx 66 Welfare Plan Participant following the Effective Time (in the case of Delayed Transfer Employees transferred from the COP Group to the Xxxxxxxx 66 Group, following their transfer to the Xxxxxxxx 66 Group) to the extent that such Employee had previously satisfied such limitation under the corresponding COP Welfare Plan.
