The accretion of classifications and/or employees to the representation unit set forth in Section 1. of this MOU shall not require an election for the application of this Agency Shop provision to such classifications and/or employees. The recognition of newly-established bargaining units and the inclusion of same within Section 1. of this MOU shall also not require an election for the application of this Agency Shop provision to such units.
