Waiver of Premiums. The premiums of this Plan shall be waived with respect to disabled employees during the time such an employee is in receipt of disability benefit payments from this Plan.
Waiver of Premiums. Premiums are not required for any full calendar months for which you are receiving LTD benefits.
Waiver of Premiums. If the state determines that the requirement to pay a premium results in an extreme financial hardship for an enrollee, the state may, in its sole discretion, waive payment of the premium or reduce the amount of the premiums assessed to a family or individual.

Insurance for participants, and any dependents, who become disabled before the effective date of retirement is maintained in force without payment of premiums for as long as the disability lasts, provided the contract remains in force and the disabled participant has not reached age 65. Waiver of premiums applies after expiry of a 52-week period following the start of disability.

Waiver of premiums applies after expiry of a 30-day period following the start of disability. 001008-001010 – The Fédération nationale des enseignantes et des enseignants du Québec-CSN 32 Beneva designates La Capitale Civil Service Insurer Inc. as insurer. Evidence of disability must be submitted upon the Insurer’s request, but the Insurer agrees not to request such evidence more than once a year.
Waiver of Premiums. 6.1 If a waiver of premium rider is added to the Policy, it shall be paid for by the Trustees. In the event that the Employee is disabled, all of the benefits resulting from the waiver of premium rider shall be treated as part of the Trustees’ Premium Portion.
