Waiver Prices. (a) Except as specifically otherwise provided in this Agreement, the prices applicable to Players being Waived on Regular Waivers shall be in US dollars, and are as follows: For each forward and defenseman who has not in the aggregate completed more than the following years under one or more SPCs:

Waiver Prices. (a) Except as specifically otherwise provided in this Agreement, the prices applicable to Players being Waived on Regular and Re-Entry Waivers shall be in US dollars, and are as follows: For each forward and defenseman who has not in the aggregate completed more than the following years under one or more SPCs: 2 Years - $67,500 3 Years - $56,250 4 Years - $41,250 5 Years - $26,250 For each goaltender who has not in the aggregate completed more than the following years under one or more SPCs: 2 Years - $90,000 3 Years - $75,000 4 Years - $67,500 5 Years - $63,750 For each forward, defenseman and goaltender who has not in the aggregate completed more than the following years under one or more SPCs: 6 Years - $15,000 7 Years - $13,125 8 Years - $11,250 9 Years - $7,500 In the case of any Player who has completed more than nine (9) years under one or more SPCs - $3,375.

  • ADJUSTMENT OF THE FRAMEWORK PRICES 4.1 The Framework Prices shall only be varied:

  • Unit Prices If unit prices are stated in the Contract Documents or subsequently agreed upon, and if the quantities originally contemplated are so changed in a Change Order that application of the agreed unit prices to the quantities of work proposed will cause substantial inequity to the Owner or the Contractor, the applicable unit prices shall be equitably adjusted as provided in the Special Conditions or as agreed to by the parties and incorporated into the Change Order.

  • Price Schedule, Payment Terms and Billing, and Price Adjustments (a) Price Schedule: Price Schedule under this Contract is set forth in Exhibit B.

  • Changes to Prices Subject to the requirements of this section, Vendor may change the price of any product or service at any time, based upon changes to the MSRP, but discount levels shall remain consistent with the discount levels specified in this Contract. Vendor may revise its pricing (but not its discount rate, if any, and not the products or services on its contract pricing list) by posting a revised pricing list. Such revised pricing lists are subject to review by DIR. If DIR finds that a product’s or service’s price has been increased unreasonably, DIR may request Vendor to reduce its pricing for the product or service to the level published before the revision. Vendor must reduce its pricing, or remove the product from its pricing list. Failure to do so will constitute an act of default by Vendor.

  • Other Factors The Employer may provide for additional formal and informal evaluations as it shall determine to be necessary for the proper conduct of the educational program and the utilization of its employees. The evaluation opinions of the Employer shall not be subject to the Grievance Procedure if the procedures herein set forth have been followed.

  • Cost Modifications The parties may agree to a reduction in the cost of the Contract at any time during which the Contract is in effect. Without intending to impose a limitation on the nature of the reduction, the reduction may be to hourly, staffing or unit costs, the total cost of the Contract or the reduction may take such other form as the State deems to be necessary or appropriate.
