Wall Finish-. Outside wall shall be snosame. The inside wall of each floor shall be finished with plaster of paris.
Wall Finish-. Tenant is responsible for the installation of finished walls on the demising partitions, including any necessary additional supports, wall blocking, fire tapping and wall finishes, at Tenant’s expense.
Wall Finish-. The interior walls will have cream colour Acrylic washable distemper paint. External walls painted with cement paint as per Architects colour choice.
Wall Finish-. External Cement and sand plaster with cement paint and/or texture finish and/or weather-shield paint finish, with glazing and GRC / Stone / Wood / other cladding as per architectural drawings at designated areas.
Wall Finish-. Lessor to prepare walls, as required, receiving new finishes as follows:
Wall Finish-. All walls in the said Units shall be White Putty finish except in Toilet and Kitchen area where there are ceramic tiles on walls.
