WALL FINISHES. The Landlord shall provide two (2) coats of paint on all partitions, doors and columns covered by the Standard Allowance using such paint color as is selected by the Tenant from the selections provided by the Landlord.

WALL FINISHES. All Areas Except Storage and Facility Support Wall finishes in these areas shall be a minimum of Level-3 smoothness capable of receiving paint without texture or wall coverings. Facility Support and Storage Areas Throughout Wall finishes in these areas shall be a minimum of Level-3 smoothness capable of receiving paint.

All walls shall be painted one (1) color, which color shall be selected by Tenant from Building-standard color chart. (b) Toilet walls shall be painted with epoxy high gloss paint to comply with building code. Color shall be standard white. (c) Vinyl base shall be standard 4" cove vinyl wall base. The base shall be one (1) color, to be selected by Tenant from Building-standard.
WALL FINISHES. All interior sheetrock walls shall receive a standard three coat paint application. Colors to be at Tenant’s option except in front reception areas. Vinyl wall covering must be provided in front reception areas. Vinyl wall covering or wood paneling of Tenant’s choice and option may be utilized elsewhere in lieu of paint. In laboratory or other wet areas use epoxy paint, FRP board or other water resistant finish.
