WALL FINISHES. The Landlord shall provide two (2) coats of paint on all partitions, doors and columns covered by the Standard Allowance using such paint color as is selected by the Tenant from the selections provided by the Landlord.
WALL FINISHES. All Areas Except Storage and Facility Support Wall finishes in these areas shall be a minimum of Level-3 smoothness capable of receiving paint without texture or wall coverings. Facility Support and Storage Areas Throughout Wall finishes in these areas shall be a minimum of Level-3 smoothness capable of receiving paint.
WALL FINISHES. 6.1. All walls and columns to have (2) coats of Ecospec egg shell latex paint over Ecospec primer
6.2. All hollow metals to be painted with (2) coats of Ecospec semi-gloss finish, paint over primer
6.3. All convector enclosures to be painted Ecospec semi-gloss finish
6.4. Walls at reception area to be covered with wallpaper. (See spec’s attached)
6.5. Pantry backsplash to be full glass tiles. (See Spec’s attached)
WALL FINISHES a. All new and existing wall surfaces shall be painted using one coat primer and two coats of tenant’s choice of color. All metal surfaces such as hollow metal doors and/or frames, convector covers, etc. shall be painted with semi-gloss finishes.
b. Existing wall finishes in elevator lobby are to remain.
c. No other wall finishes will be required.
d. Any other wall finishes, upgrades, materials, etc. shall be the responsibility of and an additional cost to be paid by the tenant.
WALL FINISHES. All walls to receive one coat of primer and one coat of paint in a building standard color as selected by Tenant (up to two colors).
WALL FINISHES. A. All drywall/block walls to receive 2 coats (1 primer and 1 paint) of flat latex wall paint, MAB or equivalent.
B. All trim and hollow metal doorframes to receive 2 coats of Alkyd enamel, semi-gloss by MAB or equivalent.
C. Doors to be either factory or field stained, or field painted with similar paint trim.
WALL FINISHES. SHELL (SEP 2015)
A. All restrooms within the Building common areas of Government-occupied floors shall have 1) ceramic tile, recycled glass tile, or comparable wainscot from the finished floor to a minimum height of 4’-6” and 2) semigloss paint on remaining wall areas, or other finish approved by the Government.
B. All elevator areas that access the Space and hallways accessing the Space shall be covered with wall coverings not less than 20 ounces per square yard, high performance paint, or an equivalent.
WALL FINISHES. 1. Kitchen: Drywall surfaces will be covered with FRP wall panels.
WALL FINISHES. (a) All walls shall be painted with two (2) coats flat finish latex paint as required to cover. All walls shall be painted one (1) color, which color shall be selected by Tenant from Building-standard color chart.
(b) Toilet walls shall be painted with epoxy high gloss paint to comply with building code. Color shall be standard white.
(c) Vinyl base shall be standard 4" cove vinyl wall base. The base shall be one (1) color, to be selected by Tenant from Building-standard.
WALL FINISHES. All interior sheetrock walls shall receive a standard three coat paint application. Colors to be at Tenant’s option except in front reception areas. Vinyl wall covering must be provided in front reception areas. Vinyl wall covering or wood paneling of Tenant’s choice and option may be utilized elsewhere in lieu of paint. In laboratory or other wet areas use epoxy paint, FRP board or other water resistant finish.
