Warnings. Whenever the Board deems it necessary to censure an employee in a manner indicating that suspension or dismissal may follow any repetition of the act complained of or omissions referred to if such an employee fails to bring his or her work up to a required standard by a given date, the Board shall forward copies of correspondence relating to such censure to the Secretary of the Union and the employee concerned.
