Warranties by Developer. Developer represents and warrants to the District that:
Warranties by Developer. 6.1 The Developer undertakes in favour of the Purchaser that it shall for a period of three months from the date on which the Purchaser takes occupation of the Dwelling arrange for the repair of any material defects in the Dwelling subject to the condition that this warranty shall only be in respect of such defects arising as a result of defective materials, workmanship or design.

A bond, letter of credit, or cash escrow (to be determined by Municipality) will be required for each designated haul road in an amount to be determined subsequent to the designation of Haul routes but prior to signing of the final agreement.
