Warranty of Quiet Enjoyment. Supplier warrants that Supplier has the right of Quiet Enjoyment in, and conveys the right of Quiet Enjoyment to UC for UC’s use of, any and all intellectual property that will be needed for Supplier’s provision, and UC’s use of, the Goods and/or Services provided by Supplier under the Agreement.
