Warranty of Quiet Enjoyment. Supplier warrants that Supplier has the right of Quiet Enjoyment in, and conveys the right of Quiet Enjoyment to UC for UC’s use of, any and all intellectual property that will be needed for Supplier’s provision, and UC’s use of, the Goods and/or Services provided by Supplier under the Agreement.
Warranty of Quiet Enjoyment. Supplier warrants that Supplier has the right to use all intellectual property that will be needed to provide the Goods and/or Services.
Warranty of Quiet Enjoyment. Landlord covenants that as long as Tenant observes the covenants and terms of this Lease, Tenant will lawfully and quietly hold, occupy, and enjoy the Premises during the Lease term without being disturbed by Landlord or any person claiming under Landlord, except for any portion of the Premises that is taken under the power of eminent domain.
Warranty of Quiet Enjoyment. Tenant, upon paying the rents and keeping and performing the covenants of this Lease to be performed by Tenant, shall peacefully and quietly hold, occupy, and enjoy said Leased Premises during said term or any renewal thereof.
Warranty of Quiet Enjoyment. So long as Tenant complies with this Lease, Tenant shall be entitled to peaceable possession of the Property under this Lease free from any interference by Landlord and those claiming through Landlord, subject to the terms and conditions of this Lease.
Warranty of Quiet Enjoyment. Lessor covenants that it has full power --------------------------- and lawful authority to execute this Lease Agreement and that upon compliance by Lessee with the terms and provisions hereof, Lessee shall have enjoyment of the premises during the term hereof.
Warranty of Quiet Enjoyment. Sublandlord represents that it has full power and authority to enter into this Sublease, subject to the consent of the Master Landlord, as required under the Master Lease. Sublandlord represents that there are no other assignments or subleases in effect as of the Commencement Date of this Sublease that would give any third party a leasehold interest or any occupancy rights in the Premises. So long as Subtenant is not in default in the performance of its covenants and agreements in this Sublease, Subtenant’s quiet enjoyment of the Premises shall not be disturbed or interfered with by Sublandlord, or by any person claiming by, through, or under Sublandlord.
Warranty of Quiet Enjoyment. Imposition of "Reasonableness" Standard. Lessee upon paying the rents and keeping and performing the covenants of this Lease to be performed by Lessee, shall peacefully and quietly hold, occupy, and enjoy the Leased Premises during the Lease Term without any hindrance or molestation by Lessor or any persons lawfully claiming under Lessor. Wherever the consent or approval of either party is required herein, it is understood and agreed that such consent or approval may not, unless expressly stated otherwise in this Lease, be unreasonably withheld or delayed.
Warranty of Quiet Enjoyment. Lessor covenants and agrees that Lessee, upon paying the rent and other charges herein provided for, and observing and keeping the covenants, conditions, and terms of this lease on Xxxxxx's part to be kept or performed, shall lawfully and quietly hold, occupy, and enjoy the Leased Premises during the term of this lease without hindrance or molestation by Lessor or any person claiming under Lessor, except such portion of the Leased Premises, if any, as shall be taken under the power of eminent domain.
Warranty of Quiet Enjoyment. Ground Lessor covenants and agrees that it has full right, power and authority to execute and perform this Ground Lease and grant the estate demised herein, and that Ground Lessee, in consideration of its full payment of the Rent (as defined in Section 5 hereof), the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, shall be entitled to lawfully and quietly hold, occupy and enjoy the Project Site during the Term (as defined in Section 4 hereof) of this Ground Lease without any hindrance, interference or molestation by Ground Lessor or any person claiming by, through or under Ground Lessor.
