Wastewater Collection. A.3.3.1 OMI shall operate, maintain, and repair the CITY’s wastewater collection systems, including mains laterals, force mains, and lift stations. OMI shall diligently respond to all service calls for wastewater line stoppages, overflows, breaks, or emergencies regarding wastewater collection and treatment, and in no event later than one (1) hour after being notified of such incidents. When appropriate, OMI will install service cleanouts on service laterals to facilitate future maintenance. OMI shall provide properly certified employees as required by federal, state, and local laws to provide leadership of crews for proper decision making in performing their tasks. XXX shall be responsible for training of personnel to maintain their certification and improve their knowledge.
Wastewater Collection. The Engineer’s project manager and task leaders will attend the meeting. Engineer’s project manager shall prepare, implement, monitor, and update the project execution plan throughout the project. Engineer’s PM will prepare and submit to the Owner’s PM, on a monthly basis, a brief cost and schedule status report. The report will include a narrative description of progress to-date, actual costs for each item, estimates of percent complete, and potential cost variances. The invoices and status reports will accompany the Monthly invoices under the Operations and Maintenance Contract.
Wastewater Collection. APPLICANT and/or developers will be responsible (including connecting development all costs) to install sewer mains on this property to the municipal collections lines including lift stations if necessary. Sewage from this property ultimately will flow into the sewer main on 300 South. The city will analyze the potential capacity of the sewer main on 300 South to determine a timetable for enlargement and cost recovery measures. Development of this property will not be approved until the sewer main lines have been accurately assessed to determine the City’s current and future needs. Applicant and/or developers of the site will be responsible to install wastewater mains extending from a point of junction with the main line to the property at a size and depth to be specified by the City necessary to serve future development. Applicant and/or developers are required to extend the main line (in accordance with the development plan and as approved by Hyrum City’s engineer) to adjoining property line(s) of the applicant and/or developer’s property for future connection to the utility.
Wastewater Collection. System Assessment consisting of a flush and clean- out of all discharge piping and traps with observation of effluent during the clean-out.
