TRAINING OF PERSONNEL. Before participating LEA personnel receive authorization to perform immigration officer functions under this MOA, they must successfully complete delegation of immigration authority training provided by ICE on relevant administrative, legal, and operational issues tailored to the immigration enforcement functions to be performed. The training will be taught by ICE instructors and tailored to the immigration enforcement functions to be performed. Each LEA nominee must pass each examination with a minimum score of 70 percent to receive certification. If an LEA nominee fails to attain a 70-percent rating on an examination, the LEA nominee will have an opportunity to review the testing material and re-take a similar examination. During the entirety of training, the LEA nominee will be offered a maximum of one remedial examination. Failure to achieve a 70-percent rating on any two examinations (inclusive of any remedial examination), will result in the disqualification of the LEA nominee and discharge of the nominee from the training. Participating LEA personnel will also be required to complete refresher training as needed, but not more frequently than every two years after the initial course completion. Participating LEA personnel will also complete any additional training required by ICE on relevant administrative, legal, and operational issues related to the immigration officer functions to be performed.

TRAINING OF PERSONNEL. The contractor, shall, if and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge provide free of any charge adequate facilities, for vocational training of Government Officers, students, Engineers, supervisors, foremen, skilled workmen etc. not exceeding six in number at any one time on the contractor’s work. Their salaries, allowances etc. will be borne by the Government and the training schemes will be drawn up by the Engineer-in-Charge in consultation with the contractor.
TRAINING OF PERSONNEL. 19.1 The CONTRACTOR shall make available to the STATE, a budget by Calendar Year that shall be dedicated to professional training of Cameroonian nationals in the petroleum sector of any skill levels who are not part of the CONTRACTOR's personnel. The amount of such budget shall be equal to ------------ U.S. Dollars (US$--------) for each Calendar Year during the Exploration Phase and ---------- U.S. Dollars (US$--------) for each Calendar Year during the Development and Exploitation Phase. Such budget shall be utilised in compliance with the professional training programmes contained in the Work Programmes and Budgets mentioned in Article 10.4 of this Contract. 19.2 The STATE shall furnish the CONTRACTOR with reasonable accounting evidence that such budget was in fact expended for the above-mentioned professional training programs when applicable.
TRAINING OF PERSONNEL. A party state may contract with any one or more other party states for the training of professional or other personnel whose services, by reason of such training, would become available for or be improved in respect of ability to participate in the care and treatment of mentally disordered offenders. Such contracts may provide for such training to take place at any facility being operated or to be operated for the care and treatment of mentally disordered offenders; at any institution or facility having resources suitable for the offering of such training; or may provide for the separate establishment of training facilities, provided that no such separate establishment shall be undertaken, unless it is determined that an appropriate existing facility or institution cannot be found at which to conduct the contemplated program. TRAINING OF PERSONNEL. TSP shall train the Joint Board personnel or the personnel of a Joint Board- designated organization to maintain the Project, such training to be initiated at least 9 months prior to the end of the TCS Operations and Maintenance Term, in accordance with the approved End of Contract Transition Plan required pursuant to TR Section TP. TSP shall provide qualified instructors who will prepare the course material including the latest modifications, equipment changes, maintenance updates, and any revised maintenance procedures, and may enlist major Subcontractors or Suppliers to augment TSP’s own trainers. Literature, training aids, and equipment used in training shall be turned over to the Joint Board at the termination of the TCS Operations and Maintenance Term. The training shall be designed with the objective that within 3 months of the start of the training, but no later than 90 Days prior to the end of the TCS Operations and Maintenance Term, there shall be sufficient quantity of personnel trained so that the Project (excluding Work performed exclusively at the BOS and CSC) can be completely run without TSP’s personnel. It shall include classroom and hands-on experience.

TRAINING OF PERSONNEL. 6.1 SIRONA shall train suitable sales and service personnel of Xxxxxxxxx for the purposes of this Agreement. The training shall occur in a mutually agreed upon location. The training program will be fixed by SIRONA at the beginning of each SIRONA fiscal year (October 1). The number of such trainees, and the kind, extent, location and duration of their training will be agreed upon beforehand. 6.2 The costs for the training program, including travel and living expenses for the trainees, shall be shared equally between the Parties and funds shall, to the extent available, come from the Joint Marketing Fund referenced in Section 4.2 above.

During the entirety of the IADP, the PCSD nominee will be offered a maximum of 1 remedial examination. Failure to achieve a 70-percent rating on any 2 examinations (inclusive of any remedial examination), will result in the disqualification of the PCSD nominee and discharge of the nominee from the IADP. Training will include, among other topics: (i) discussion of the terms and limitations of this MOA; (ii) the scope of delegated immigration officer authority; (iii) relevant immigration laws;
