Water Demand. In compliance with the Johnstown Municipal Code, the District submitted a preliminary water demand analysis to the Town for the irrigation water needs of (legal description and address) (“Subject Property”). The preliminary analysis sets forth an estimated average annual water demand of acre feet per year for irrigation of the Subject Property ( SFE). Based on the approval of the Town’s water engineer, the preliminary analysis is hereby accepted by the Town as follows: Development Demand (AF/YR) Consumption (AF/YR) Irrigation The foregoing water demand will be satisfied by the use of acre-feet of the Consolidated Home Supply Ditch and Reservoir Company from the Ledge Rock Center Commercial Irrigation Water Bank. Pursuant to Paragraph 5 of the WSA and the Johnstown Municipal Code, the water demand set forth herein is subject to subsequent adjustment based on the actual water usage.

Water Demand. In compliance with the Section 13-65 of the Johnstown Municipal Code, Developer submitted a preliminary water and sewer demand analysis to the Town for the in-building and irrigation water needs of a parking lot and associated landscaping ("Project"), known as 000 Xxxxxxx Xxxxx Xxxxxxx. As approved by the Town's water engineer by memorandum dated March 22, 20024, the estimated average annual water demand for the Project will be 0.74 acre-feet per year of potable water, equating to 3 single family equivalent units.
Water Demand. The utilisations are as per the master plan of Andhra Pradesh for the utilisations of Godavari basin water resources. As such there will not be any additional stress on the water demand. CHAPTER 6 HYDRO-GEOLOGY The project draws 5.12 TMC of water from the Left Main Canal of Lower Penganga Project to meet all the irrigation demands of the command and drinking water needs of the en route villages. No ground water is proposed to be utilized. Hence no studies on Hydro-geology are made for the Andhra portion of this project. Hence there is no material / studies for the following paras.

  • Stormwater Notwithstanding any other provisions or terms of this Agreement, Company acknowledges that certain properties within the Premises or on Authority-owned land are subject to stormwater rules and regulations.
