Water Main Extension. Developer shall abandon a portion of the existing water main within Castle Drive as determined by the capacity study commissioned by the Town and install the Castle Drive Water Main Extension (the "Water Main Extension") from Grand Avenue to the east property line of the Development as specified in the Plans. Although the Water Main Extension within Castle Drive and Bull Pasture Road and the water main serving the Development (the "Water System") shall be dedicated to the Town and, upon final acceptance by the Town, shall be operated, maintained, repaired and replaced by the Town, Developer shall bear all costs of operation, maintenance, repair and replacement of the Water Main Extension until such time as the Water Main Extension to the east property line and the Water System are completed. The Water Main Extension is currently proposed as a dead-end line to include a stub for the connectivity of future development. To ensure payment of these costs, Developer shall post a form of security, acceptable to the Town. The Town shall have the right, at any time, to inspect the Water Main Extension and the Water System. The Town is not obligated to provide potable water service to any Phase of the Development until the Town has inspected and approved the construction of the portion of the Water System through the subject Phase.

Water Main Extension. In conjunction with economic incentives set forth in Section 2.4 below, Xxxxxxxxx agrees to design, obtain permits, construct, install, financially provide for, and dedicate to the Village upon completion an eight inch looped water main extension from Subject Property east to the western side of Station Road, and then north along the western side of Station Drive to Xxxxx Street, along with providing or obtaining any necessary easements. The water main extension required under this Section is generally depicted as a Yellow Line in Exhibit B and is hereinafter referred to as the “Water Main Extension”. The Water Main Extension shall include all other improvements required by the Village, including but not limited to the installation of fire hydrants and access lines.
Water Main Extension. The Commission, at its expense, will extend an 8-inch water main from Wedgewood Drive to a point no more than 500 feet into the Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx property to supply North Shelby's new metering point.   • Contract Extension The City may, in its sole discretion, unilaterally exercise an option to extend the Contract as described in the Contract Documents. In addition, the City may, in its sole discretion, unilaterally extend the Contract on a month-to-month basis following contract expiration if authorized under Charter section 99 and the Contract Documents. Contractor shall not increase its pricing in excess of the percentage increase described in the Contract.

  • Territorial Extension At the time of signature of this Agreement, or at any time thereafter, the provisions of this Agreement may be extended to such territories for whose international relations the Government of the United Kingdom are responsible as may be agreed between the Contracting Parties in an Exchange of Notes.

  • Contract Term Extension “Contract Term Extension” means an extension of the term of this contract, at the request of Purchaser, under this Subsection. This Subsection does not obligate Contracting Officer to grant Contract Term Extension. When such extension is made, Forest Service shall make an appraisal using standard Forest Service methods and appraisal data in effect 45 days prior to the original Termination Date. Bid Premium Rates shall be added to such appraised rates to establish Flat Rates or Tentative Rates for the extension period.   • MAINTENANCE OF THE SAID BUILDING / APARTMENT / PROJECT The Promoter shall be responsible to provide and maintain essential services in the Project till the taking over of the maintenance of the project by the association of the allottees. The cost of such maintenance has been included in the Total Price of the [Apartment/Plot]. [Insert any other clauses in relation to maintenance of project, infrastructure and equipment]

  • Building Maintenance Repairs and maintenance to buildings are conducted by the Home Owners Association and their property manager. These processes often involve noise and inconvenience. If we are advised in advance of your arrival that any significant work will be under way, we will advise you. However, in most cases, we are not advised before the work is to begin, if then. Most of this work is conducted in the off season, between October 1st and April 1st, unless required due to emergency. It is one of several reasons that rates are substantially lower during those months. These circumstances are beyond our control and knowledge. If your rental is during those months, you may experience noise and inconvenience. Refunds will not be made for noise and inconvenience caused by building maintenance. LINENS/TOWELS/SUPPLIES The cleaning fee includes sheets, pillowcases, kitchen and bath towels. Any lost or damaged linens will be charged to you. An initial supply of paper products is provided. Extra items needed are the responsibility of the Tenant. Limited cleaning supplies may be provided. We recommend that you bring beach towels and any special items that you may need.

  • MAINTENANCE OF THE BUILDING /APARTMENT / PROJECT The Promoter shall be responsible to provide and maintain essential services in the Project till the taking over of the maintenance of the project by the Association upon the issuance of the completion certificate of the Project. The cost of such maintenance has been included in the Total Extras and Deposits as mentioned in clause 1.2.

  • RIGHT OF ALLOTTEE TO USE COMMON AREAS AND FACILITIES SUBJECT TO PAYMENT OF TOTAL MAINTENANCE CHARGES The Allottee hereby agrees to purchase the [Apartment/Plot] on the specific understanding that is/her right to the use of Common Areas shall be subject to timely payment of total maintenance charges, as determined and thereafter billed by the maintenance agency appointed or the association of allottees (or the maintenance agency appointed by it) and performance by the Allottee of all his/her obligations in respect of the terms and conditions specified by the maintenance agency or the association of allottees from time to time.

  • Modification of the Small Generating Facility The Interconnection Customer must receive written authorization from the NYISO and Connecting Transmission Owner before making any change to the Small Generating Facility that may have a material impact on the safety or reliability of the New York State Transmission System or the Distribution System. Such authorization shall not be unreasonably withheld. Modifications shall be done in accordance with Good Utility Practice. If the Interconnection Customer makes such modification without the prior written authorization of the NYISO and Connecting Transmission Owner, the Connecting Transmission Owner shall have the right to temporarily disconnect the Small Generating Facility. If disconnected, the Small Generating Facility will not be reconnected until the unauthorized modifications are authorized or removed.
